Product Information
ADM-FCB072 is a fluorine-based compound designed for water, oil, and stain-repellent finishing of various textile fibers. It is suitable for textile applications requiring combined protection against water, oil, and surface staining while maintaining good fabric breathability and a natural hand feel.
ADM-FCB072 is suitable for water, oil, and stain-repellent finishing of various textile fibers, including apparel, home textiles, and industrial fabrics where combined protective performance is required.
Ensure the fabric is free from alkali, surfactants, and softeners before treatment. A thorough washing prior to application is highly recommended for optimal results.
Mix ADM-FCB072 with water and adjust the pH to 4.5–5.5 using acetic acid. Avoid adding penetrating agents, resins, or softeners unless compatibility has been pre-tested.
Final dosage and processing parameters should be confirmed through laboratory trials based on the specific fabric and production equipment.
The appropriate product depends on the substrate material, processing method, required water-repellent performance, end-use conditions, and any additional requirements such as appearance, breathability, or subsequent processing. Our technical team can recommend suitable products based on your specific application.
Yes. We recommend evaluating product compatibility and waterproofing performance on your actual material and production process before large-scale use. Contact our technical team with your substrate and application requirements to discuss suitable products for testing.
ADM-FCB072 is designed to provide water, oil, and stain repellency for textile fibers. After appropriate application and curing, the treatment helps reduce surface soiling and liquid absorption while maintaining good fabric breathability. It is also designed to minimize changes to fabric color, appearance, and hand feel. Performance may vary depending on fabric type and processing conditions.
ADM-FCB072 can be applied using padding or exhaustion processes, depending on the fabric and production requirements. For a typical padding process, the recommended dosage is 30–50 g/L, with the working solution adjusted to pH 4.5–5.5 using acetic acid. Typical conditions include drying at 110–130°C for 2–3 minutes, followed by curing at 150–180°C for 1–2 minutes. Final process parameters should be confirmed through preliminary testing.
