Application Method & Dosage
ADM-60F has good compatibility with coatings, latex, adhesives, rubber, plastics, and foam materials. During use, attention should be paid to its dispersion in the substrate. In principle, the more uniformly dispersed, the better the anti-mold and antimicrobial effect, and the actual dosage can be correspondingly reduced.
- Coatings, latex, adhesives: Generally added in the early stage of production together with other raw materials and mixed well, or added to the finished product and stirred thoroughly. Recommended dosage: 0.2%–0.6%.
- Plastics, rubber, thermoplastic elastomers: Generally added before crosslinking and curing, mixed uniformly with resin and other additives in the early stage of production. Recommended dosage: 0.3%–0.8%.
- Foam materials: Added before the crosslinking and curing stage, mixed thoroughly until evenly dispersed, then foamed according to the normal foaming process. Recommended dosage: 0.3%–0.8%.
- PVC materials: Recommended dosage: 0.1%–0.3%.
